BAKERSFIELD, CA -- Bakersfield police need your help finding a man they say tried to look up a girl's skirt while she was shopping at a store on Ming Avenue last month. Police say the girl reported the man was on his knees while she was shopping, February 24 in the 3000 block of Ming Avenue.
Police describe the man as Hispanic, 45-55, 6’0”, 185 lbs., black hair and brown eyes.
