Bakersfield police are calling the death of a 14 month old boy, an accident.
Police arrived at a home in the 3100 block of Ashe Road Saturday morning.
Police say both parents were home, when the child crawled onto a TV stand and opened a drawer.
The TV fell on the boy causing major injuries.
He was taken to the hospital where he died.
Police say no criminal charges will be filed against the parents.
