BAKERSFIELD, CA - Police need your help finding a man they say was seen carving a swastika into a sign at the federal courthouse on 19th Street last month.
Police say on the morning of August 26, the man was observed on video cameras crudely carving a swastika into the sign at the federal courthouse at 510 19th St.
It is believed he is a transient who frequents the area of the courthouse and Mill Creek Park. The man is described as
white, 25-35, 5’10”-6’0”, 180 lbs., medium build, brown hair, with a scruffy beard wearing a gray muscle shirt and blue jeans.
