BAKERSFIELD, CA -- The sheriff's department needs your help to find Ramiro Abarca. Deputies say Abarca, 15, was last seen on May 13th, 2014 at about 6:45 am leaving his home in the 3700 block of Apache Avenue in south central Bakersfield on a bicycle.
Deputies say he has a history of running away and suffers from a mental health disorder. He has made threats to harm himself in the past and may be a threat to himself.
Abarca is from the Los Angeles area and recently moved to Bakersfield. He has acquaintances in Palmdale and may be en route to the Palmdale area.
