DELANO, CA -- Delano Police need the public's help finding a missing girl. Delano Police say Elisa Ofelia Torres, 12, was last seen by her mother outside of their Delano apartment at 1910 Garces Hwy, Apt - C1, Thursday night.
She is described as 5'-6" tall, 106 lbs., brown shoulder length hair, brown eyes, and wears prescription eye glasses.
She has a scar on her left arm, and was last seen wearing a black & white jacket and black pants.
