LAMONT, CA- Sheriff's homicide detectives are investigating a suspicious death in Lamont.
Detectives said a woman was found dead inside her vehicle near a field at South Union Avenue and Digiorgio Road Monday evening just before 5 p.m.
Deputies said there are no signs of foul play.
An autopsy will be performed later this week, to determine a cause of death.
The woman's identity has not been released.
