BAKERSFIELD, CA -- The sheriff's department is asking for your help in locating Daniel Koch. Deputies say on October 23, 2013, a warrant was issued for Koch’s arrest charging possession of a stolen vehicle and petty theft with a prior conviction.
He also has several warrants from other jurisdictions and is wanted for questioning in other theft investigations. Koch has been seen in Woody, CA and is known to frequent the Oildale area. He has numerous tattoos on his upper body and neck, most prominently a tattoo of lips on his face.
