More problems with the proposed High-Speed Rail route. According to the L.A. Times, private railroad company Burlington Norther Santa Fe says no deal has been reached to build on or near its existing track and that it may not be willing to accept the project as proposed.
It may delay the project's July construction kickoff which already has been delayed more than six months.
The High-Speed Rail agency says it still plans to start building this summer.
